近日，浙江拓肯科技有限公司5号楼电缆车间完成建设与设备调试，正式进入试投产阶段，为公司电缆产能升级迈出关键一步。

新增车间全新配备多套大型成缆机、7/630导体框绞机、48/500高速控制缆成缆机、120型XLPE押出机、150型LSZH护套押出机等重量级设备，并新增火花测试仪、高压测试台、水浴测试池等配套测试设施，切实补强拓肯于城厂区的产品链深度。

随着试产工作稳步推进，拓肯线缆的整体生产能力将得到进一步提升，交付周期持续优化，从而更高效地满足国内外客户的批量订单与定制化需求。

Recently, Zhejiang Token Technology Co., Ltd. has completed the construction and equipment commissioning of the cable workshop in Building 5 of its Yucheng Campus, officially entering the trial production phase—a critical milestone in the company's cable capacity upgrade.

The new workshop is fully equipped with multiple large-scale cable stranding machines, 7/630 conductor rigid frame stranding machines, 48/500 high-speed control cable stranding machines, 120-type XLPE extruders, and 150-type LSZH jacket extruders, alongside supporting testing facilities including spark testers, high-voltage test benches, and water bath testing pools. These additions significantly strengthen the product chain depth of TKG's Yucheng Campus.

As trial production progresses steadily, TKG Cable's overall manufacturing capacity will be further enhanced, with delivery cycles continuously optimized, enabling more efficient fulfillment of bulk orders and customized requirements from domestic and international customers.
